At the fourth session of the City of Belgrade Employment Council, the proposal of the Local Employment Action Plan of the City of Belgrade for 2015 was unanimously adopted.

The session was attended by the President of the Council, member of the City Council, Dragomir Petronijević and Deputy President of the Council Sandra Pantelić, Head of the City Administration of the City of Belgrade, all members of the Council, representatives of relevant institutions such as the National Employment Service - Directorate Belgrade, Regional Development Agency and European integration Belgrade, Secretariat for Social Protection, City Center for Social Entrepreneurship of Belgrade, Secretariat for Finance, Secretariat for Sports and Youth, United Trade Unions of Serbia "Sloga" and Belgrade Chamber of Commerce.

Certificates of participation in the educational workshop "Knowledge to the Goal", which was attended by 558 candidates, were handed out today in the Old Court.
Member of the City Council and President of the Employment Council of the City of Belgrade Dragomir Petronijević said that this is only the first step in the implementation of the Local Employment Action Plan this year.

The Assembly of Belgrade adopted today the rebalancing of the budget for 2014, which will make the budget 76.7 billion dinars.

The rebalancing of the city budget foresees a smaller deficit, which will amount to about 10 percent. The rebalance was adopted with 65 votes "for" and seven "against".

The Employment Council of the City of Belgrade, i.e. the National Employment Service - Branch for the City of Belgrade, the Secretariat for the Economy of the City of Belgrade, the Chamber of Commerce of Belgrade and Dom Omladine Belgrade are organizing the Belgrade Employment and Practice Fair on Thursday, May 14, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Dom Omladine Beograda, Makedonska 22. The official opening of the fair is at 11 a.m.

Representatives of the Regional Agency for Development and European Integration (RAREI) Belgrade met in Rome with the delegation of the Lazio Innova agency (Lazio Innova), which deals with the development of the Lazio region. Agency Lazio Inova aims to manage project activities in order to achieve economic growth, territorial development and innovation support. They also provide incentives through regional, national and European funds and provide various types of support to the SME sector.

Representatives of the Regional Agency for Development and European Integration paid a one-day study visit to the city of Szeged, organized by the National Agency for Regional Development, in order to learn about the experiences in implementing projects in the field of cross-border cooperation and cohesion funds.

The workshop "Information to the goal", intended for businessmen who already do business in the territory of the city of Belgrade, will last from June 15 to 18 in the City Administration building on Nikola Pašić Square, it was said at today's press conference in the Old Palace.

The Belgrade Employment Council, whose members include representatives of the National Employment Service, the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, the Development Fund, the Regional Agency for Development and European Integration, the City Center for Social Entrepreneurship and the Secretariat for the Economy, organized today the workshop "Information to the goal" for businessmen, which enabled them, in addition to learning about the implementation of public calls for subsidies for business improvement, to learn about the types of loans they can apply for, as well as training and services provided by the mentioned institutions to businessmen in order to improve their business.
