Public invitation - Tender for the collection of bids for the management of space in the Palata Belgrade building, floor VI and the provision of business incubation services for a certain period of time

In the function of supporting the business sector, the City of Belgrade - Secretariat for Sports and Youth launched a program to re-establish the business incubator "Gnezdo". The goal of establishing the business incubator "Gnezdo" is:

(1) accelerated development of small and medium-sized enterprises
(2) support for the residents of Belgrade to start their own business

One ​​of the functions of the business incubator "Gnezdo" is business incubation, organized in accordance with examples of good practice from the EU and developed countries, and according to the model that has been successfully applied in our country for several years in the Business and Technology Incubator of the Technical Faculties in Belgrade (www.bitf.rs), Business Incubator "Nova Iskra" (www.novaiskra.com) and Business Center 47 (www.bc47.rs).

The aim of this public call is to select the management that will manage the space provided for use by this call for the time specified.
Business incubation services and services provided by the management:
• Use of business space with administrative services (bookkeeping, legal and secretarial services),
• Consulting services and training program,
• Connection and networking services,
• Encouragement of starting and developing your own business,
• Creation and development of new products, services and processes in the field of high technologies with potential for growth and employment,
• Encouragement of employment and self-employment. Premises) in Ulica Masarikova No. 5.

The technical drawing of the premises that is made available for use is attached to this documentation and on the web addresses www.beograd.rs and www.kancelarijazamlade.rs. The space to be used is marked in the plan.

The competition is open to:
1. non-governmental organizations and associations and
2. companies not older than three years on the date of application.

The space is given for use and provision of services for a period of two (2) years.

Priority when allocating space will have development concepts from the fields of:
- creative industries
- telecommunications
- informatics

Criteria for selecting candidates for management are:

- to have consulting experience in the field of development of small and medium-sized enterprises;
- to have consulting experience in the field of local and/or regional development;
- to have experience in the preparation, implementation and launch of clusters;
- to have experience in managing projects financed by the European Union;
- to have experience in the field of cooperation with development agencies or experience in projects financed by embassies in Serbia (USAID, GIZ, Norwegian Embassy, ​​Japanese Embassy) etc.).
