Project CAMPUS which is funded by the program Interreg Europa, aims to strengthen the digital resilience of local and regional governments in Europe — the ability to respond to external digital threats and natural disasters by improving cybersecurity, critical infrastructure and digital skills.
Inspired by example Brittany Cyber Campus, the project focuses on developing regional policies that support digital campuses as tools for resilience. The emphasis is on three thematic areas (digital in personal space, industry and public space), as well as on a related topic — cyber security.
The project brings together 10 partners from 7 countries, including one EU candidate country — including regional and local governments, innovation agencies, digital innovation hubs and the university.
The aim is to identify good practices, analyse challenges, implement cross-regional learning and advance policies that increase the region's digital resilience.

Belgrade, 16.10.2025. - In the Regional Agency for Development and European Integration, Belgrade, the first regional meeting with stakeholders was held within the project CAMPUS-Digital Campuses for European Resilience, which is implemented with the support of the Interreg Europe program.

In the period from September 15 to 17, 2025, the first working meeting of the partners of the project CAMPUS (Interreg Europe CAMPUS), which deals with the improvement of local policies in the field of cyber security, was held in Rennes, France.
