Cluster Support Program
The cluster development support programme has been developed on the basis of more extensive experience in working with clusters within the framework of national cluster development support programmes. Within the framework of this program, the Belgrade Regional Development Agency provides the following types of services:
Competitiveness support programmes and fast-growing MSPPs
The main objective of the program is to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurs and cooperatives, by aligning their business with the requirements of international business standards, improving business processes, products and services and strengthening human resources.
Mentoring for MSPP
The mentoring program is part of the national program to support small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs, which is implemented according to the methodology developed in cooperation with the Japan Agency for International Cooperation (JICA). Mentoring program is a specific type of non-financial support for enterprises and entrepreneurs, who are faced with certain problems in current business or are at a crucial moment for further development.
Mentoring program represents the joint work of mentors and entrepreneurs in order to find the most favorable solutions for future business. The mentor helps the entrepreneur to study the current business situation, possible problems and obstacles for further development.
Mentoring service is limited in time. The process begins with a joint analysis of the current situation and problems, continues with the preparation of a plan to overcome difficulties and cooperation on the implementation of planned activities.
Regional Development Agency Belgrade has been implementing the mentoring program for small and medium-sized enterprises from the very beginning of its implementation in Serbia starting with a pilot project with the Japan Agency for International Cooperation (JICA) since 2009.
Women's Entrepreneurship Support Program
The general objective of the program is the development of women's entrepreneurship through the alignment of business with the requirements of international business standards, the improvement of business processes, products and services and the strengthening of human resources.
