The Regional Agency for Development and European Integration Belgrade, within the framework of the implementation of the “InnoSchool” project, informs Belgrade secondary schools that applications for participation in piloting the innovative “InnoSchool learning system” during the school year 2019/2020 are underway.

What is the InnoSchool Learning System (ILS)?

InnoSchool learning system (InnoSchool Learning System — ILS) is a new learning system that is being developed to encourage social innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit in high school students.

ILS is a combination of classic classroom instruction and the application of digital interactive tools (serious games) for online simulation of social innovation and entrepreneurship.

Serious play is combined with lectures, guidance and reflective sessions given by teachers to maximize educational impact through the experiential learning process. The game integrates both social networks and inter-school competition, in order to increase the attractiveness of the learning process for students.

Schools that have opted to participate in the pilot of ILS during the 2019/2010 school year, receive support in terms of:

1. training and guidance of delegated teachers in order to achieve ILS educational goals and
2. the possibility of accessing and using the complete InnoSchool learning system — methodology and materials for the realization of classes and online serious game on the topic of social entrepreneurship.

Participation in the piloting of ILS does not require additional financial allocations by the school.

Criteria for the participation of schools in the piloting of ILS

• The application for participation in the piloting of ILS can be brought by all secondary schools from the territory of the city of Belgrade.
• It is necessary that at the school there is a classroom with at least 10 computers with an installed operating system and Internet Explorer 10 (or more advanced versions) in which constant access to the Internet is provided, where piloting of ILS will be carried out.
• It is necessary for the school to delegate at least one teacher to participate in the program with its department or with the corresponding section (or other form of extracurricular activity) within which it will bring together 20 or so interested students.

Method of application and deadline for submission of applications

• Upload the application documents (the link to the documentation is at the end of this text).
• Fill online application.
• After that, fill out the Application Form and Statement, sign and stamp the Statement. Send completed, stamped and signed (scanned) documents by e-mail to: biljana.joncic@rarei.rs, rafael.pupovac@rarei.rsand marija.janjic@rarei.rswithin 10 working days from the date of filling out the online application.

• Within the same period, deliver the original documents of the Form and Statement in person or by mail to the following address:

With the indication: “Participation in the piloting of the InnoSchool learning system”.

You can submit your application in the period from 01 June to 31 October 2019.

The selection of schools for the pilot of ILS will be made on the basis of the fulfillment of the above criteria and the date and time of the online application: the earlier you apply, the better the chances that the school will secure a place among the 10 Belgrade high schools where the ILS piloting will be carried out.

• Institute for the Advancement of Education and Education,
• Institute for Evaluation of the Quality of Education and Upbringing,
• Achievements of young people in Serbia,
• Business Women's Associations of Serbia,
• Center for Educational Policy,
• Regional Agency for Development and European Integration Belgrade,
• as well as students, principals and teachers:
• Seventh Belgrade Gymnasium,
• Schools of Shipping, Shipbuilding and Hydroconstruction, Belgrade and
• Agricultural schools with student dormitory of PK Belgrade.
