During the meeting, participants discussed the progress of project activities, with particular focus on the implementation of the research component led by the Association of Business Women in Serbia. The partners analyzed the results achieved so far and agreed on the next steps to ensure the successful completion of this phase of the project.

Special attention was given to the planning of the second stakeholder meeting, which will bring together representatives of the business community, institutions, and decision-makers to exchange experiences and strengthen cooperation. The event aims to better define the needs that will later be translated into specific measures and activities within the public policy document – the Employment Program of the City of Belgrade with its Action Plan.
