The meeting gathered representatives from key institutions at regional and national level (City of Belgrade, Ministry of Employment, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of European Integration, Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Serbian Development Agency, National Employment Service and Office of Commissioner for Equality Protection) that have significant role in creation and development tools and measures for improvement of exporting performances of SMEs.

Ivana Bojanic Buser, Project Manager in RADEI welcomed the participants. Ivana Petrovic from AoBW presented experience for strengthening female entrepreneurs and SMEs. Sonja Manojlovic from RADEI presented key project activities aiming to support decision makers in improvement of tools and mechanisms of public policies in order to integrate gender issue in competitiveness of exporting SMEs.

Ljiljana Markovic from RADEI, presented the role of RADEI in project activities in order to improve policy instrument, focusing on cooperation and integration among decision makers from different institutions and levels.

Jelena Vujicic from AoBW represented the key tool - questionnaire for analyses of state of play and study on the segregation of women in exporting SMEs in Serbia.  

Zorica Karavidic from RADEI presented national and regional programmes that support female entrepreneurship and SMES.

Jelena Đorgovic from MEI spoke about the use of INTERREG Portal in domain of educational support exchange of experience and best practices and additional support for institution in the area of creation and improvement of public policies

At the end of the meeting participants exchanged their experience in supporting women in business. The next meeting will be held in order to present the result of the questionnaires. Individual meetings with stakeholders are also proposed by stakeholder.
