From May 17, 2023, submitting an application for the registration of the establishment of a business company in the Agency for Business Registers (APR) can be done exclusively in electronic form, through a special user application ("eRegistration").
Therefore, for the registration of the establishment of a business company in the APR it is no longer possible to submit an application in paper form.

Other legal forms of business entities (entrepreneur, public company, cooperative and cooperative association, as well as a branch and representative office of a foreign business companies) also have the possibility to submit electronic application for the registration of the establishment, with the fact that they can still submit the application in paper form.

eRegistration of the establishment of a company is done through a special user application that can be accessed via internet pages of the Economic Agency registre.
First of all, the user should create an account on the Portal eID.gov.rs, if he is accessing the system for the first time.
If the user already has a user account in the system, then he can use the same account to access the application for eRegistration of the establishment of a company.
Registration with an APR account will be enabled until June 1, 2023, and after that only registration will be available via the eID.gov.rs Portal.
