Within the project WOMEX, the representative RAREI Belgrade, Ivana Bojanić Buser participated in the international event IPLE_Barcelona, held on October 8 and 9, 2025 in Barcelona.
The organizers gathered representatives of partner institutions and experts from different European countries, with the aim of exchanging experiences and improving regional policies that encourage competitiveness, gender equality and international cooperation in the field of female entrepreneurship with a focus on international trade.
In the framework of the program, the policy instruments of the WOMEX consortium were also presented, with special reference to the group SWOT dynamics intended for the analysis of challenges and opportunities for public officials in the process of introducing a gender perspective into public policies. The workshop was led by dr Sara Berbel, a distinguished Catalan social psychologist and public manager with extensive experience in the fields of gender equality, female leadership and local administration.
The event was attended by the Association of Business Women of Serbia and representatives of the City of Belgrade, which further strengthened inter-institutional cooperation within the project WOMEX.
