The Ministry of Economy informs the citizens of the Republic of Serbia that the application for the establishment of a business company, which is sent to the Agency for Business Registers (APR), will be submitted exclusively in electronic form from May 18.In accordance with the amendments to the Law on the Registration Procedure in the Agency for Business Registers from 2021, which was initiated by the Ministry of Economy, the APR is obliged to accept applications for the establishment of a business company exclusively in electronic form, which is also in line with the concept e-Management and digitization of the business operations of the entire economy.This practically means that there will no longer be an opportunity to submit an application for the establishment of a company in paper form to the Agency for Business Registers.In this way, conditions are created to reduce costs and time for establishing a company, improve and expand the level of services for citizens, reduce the time of processing requests by the Agency for Business Registers, which contributes to greater efficiency.RAREI Beograd doo offers you a free registration service.
