Competition for the best idea in the field of entrepreneurship promotion

The Ministry of Economy invites entrepreneurs to apply for the competition for the best idea in the field of entrepreneurship promotion within the European Enterprise Promotion Awards 2019 (EEPA 2019). It is an initiative of the European Commission, which aims to recognize and reward exceptional examples of support and promotion of entrepreneurship throughout Europe.

The right to participate belongs to national, regional and local institutions and organizations, cities, regions, local self-government units as well as public-private partnerships between public authorities and entrepreneurs, educational programs and business organizations.

An important condition for participation is that the project/initiative that is the subject of the Competition has been implemented for at least two years, i.e. it has achieved certain results who can qualify it for recognition.

The competition consists of two phases:

• The first is at the national level, i.e. state representatives are chosen, namely two representatives from two different categories;
• The second phase consists of the competition of selected state representatives at the European level.
