As part of activities to improve business operations, the Chamber of Commerce of Belgrade, in cooperation with the National Bank of Serbia, the Commission for Securities and the Digital Property Initiative, is organizing a round table - panel discussion "The digital property market in Serbia - opportunities and proposals for improvement". with the aim of enabling the development of new types of financing and innovative business models of the economy. The expert meeting will be held on Tuesday, 16. May 2023, at 11 a.m., in the Chamber of Commerce of Belgrade, Kneza Miloša 12.
Given that two years have passed since the beginning of the implementation of the Law on Digital Assets and that in the same interval there have been major events on a global level (pandemic, state of war, energy crisis, inflation, etc.) as well as significant changes in the market for digital assets in the meantime, the question arises whether it is necessary to work on improving regulatory framework with the aim of increasing the competitiveness of the Serbian economy and creating a better business environment.
The aim of the panel discussion is to bring together all interested actors, representatives of the public and private sectors, in order to contribute to the improvement of the business environment of the digital property market through the exchange of experience.
