The Ministry of Economy has announced public calls for bids to participate in the privatization process of three companies - Publishing company Rad ad Beograd, Tehnohemija ad za trgovin Sremska Mitrovica and Nedeljne novine joint stock company for newspaper and publishing activity Bačka Palanka.
The right to participate in the process is available to domestic and foreign natural and legal persons, as well as a consortium of legal and/or natural persons.
Home the price at the public tender for Technohemija is EUR 511,612.85, for IP Rad it is EUR 3,811,962.85, and for Nedeljne Novine it is EUR 14,057.40. The deadline for applications for IP Rad is 25. August, until 12 noon.
The application is submitted in a sealed envelope, together with the offer, all in accordance with and in the manner defined by the Instructions for Bidders, and only timely and complete applications will be considered.
The sales documentation, which will be available from July 31 for all three companies, consists of - a contract on keeping confidential data, privatization documentation, instructions for bidders, an application form for participation in the Procedure and a draft Sales contract.
