Reported innovative solutions can be applied in production processes, procurement, logistics, product tracking, customer relations, sales sector, improvement of internal organization and others.
Business modernization through the use of digital tools is an effective way to achieve better business results while reducing negative impacts on the environment and climate change. Digitization in production processes, product marketing and sales can play a significant role in the systemic green transition of the economy and society. The results of the digitization of the economy will be most evident through the optimization of production processes: more efficient use of resources and energy, extension of the life of products, better availability of information and networking of business entities, but also through the reduction of air pollution, waste and emissions of gases with the greenhouse effect - carbon footprint.
The goal of the Public Call is to motivate the business sector in the Republic of Serbia to accelerate the modernization of business through digitization and the implementation of green and circular business models in order to raise competitiveness and increase capacity for new demands markets. The green transition of the economy can be achieved by applying circular economy business models. The transition to sustainable green business requires changes in the perception of the life cycle of products from: design, materials, methods of production, use of products, possibility of repair and finally recycling and reuse, i.e. extension of the product's life. http://circulareconomy-serbia.com.
