Secretariat for the Economy of the City of Belgrade in cooperation with the members of the Employment Council of the City of Belgrade, the National Employment Service, Belgrade branch, the Chamber of Commerce of Belgrade, the Regional Agency for Development and Integration Belgrade, the Tourist Organization of Belgrade and the Kolarč Foundation, organizes the First Belgrade Women's Entrepreneurship Fair, which will be held on March 15, 2016 in the Kolarč Foundation, Studentski trg no. 5, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. At 6 p.m., a concert is planned for all visitors and participants of the fair at the Music Gallery of the Kolarc Endowment.
The goal is to promote female entrepreneurship, so that the experience of women who have already proven themselves in their business will encourage and encourage more active and independent business of the fairer sex. Successful women of our city and examples of good practice will present their business from an idea to a successful business with their products, services and short presentations and thus promote successful entrepreneurship. The goal is also to create a favorable business environment and environment for the development of female entrepreneurship, to improve the business of companies owned by women for the greater participation of women in the economic development of Belgrade.
At the first Belgrade Women's Entrepreneurship Fair, around 30 successful companies owned by women will be presented, and in addition, programs and projects will be presented that will be implemented by institutions, members of the Employment Council of the City of Belgrade in 2016, with the aim of supporting the development of female entrepreneurship.
