PUBLIC CALL FOR ALLOCATION OF GRANTS

within

Program of subsidized loans for the purchase of equipment and working capital

Ministry of Economy for the first time, it is launching a unique program of subsidized loans, intended for companies from the processing industry. With this program, the state sends a strong message of support to domestic entrepreneurs - further improvement of production, modernization of equipment and increased competitiveness are now available under the most favorable conditions.

Total grants amount to 190 million dinars.

The goal of the Program is to support investments, liquidity and encourage faster economic development.

The funds allocated by the Program are intended for subsidizing interest rates for loans for :

• Acquisition of new production equipment

• Working capital

The following have the right to apply for the competition for the allocation of grants:

1. legal entities, registered in APR as business companies, or cooperatives, which are classified into micro, small and medium-sized legal entities in accordance with the Law on Accounting ("Official Gazette of the RS", no. 73/19 and 44/21 - other law) according to the financial reports for the year 2024 i

2. entrepreneurs registered in APR.

Loans for the purchase of new production equipment are approved under the following conditions:

  1. total amount of the credit line for the Program: 1,000,000,000.00 dinars;
  2. amount of individual loan: from 700,000.00 to 15,000,000.00 dinars;
  3. client's participation at least 30%;
  4. nominal interest rate (NKS): 5.60% per year, fixed, calculated on a dinar loan without currency clause (users pay 2%, and the Ministry subsidizes 3.60%);
  5. repayment period including grace period: up to 60 months;
  6. grace period: 6 months;
  7. commission and request processing fee: do 0.5%, subsidized by the Ministry;
  8. security funds:
    • promissory note of the company;
    • personal promissory note of the owner (each founder who has more than 25% participation);
    • pledge on the equipment that is the subject of purchase.

Loans for permanent working capital are approved under the following conditions:

  1. total amount of the credit line for the Program: 1,000,000,000.00 dinars;
  2. amount of an individual loan: up to RSD 15,000,000.00;
  3. nominal interest rate (NKS): 6.20% per annum, fixed, calculated on a dinar loan without a currency clause (users pay 2% and the Ministry subsidized by 4.20%);
  4. repayment period including grace period: 36 months;
  5. grace period: 6 months;
  6. commission and request processing fee: up to 0.5%, subsidized by the Ministry;
  7. security funds:
    • company promissory note;
    • personal promissory note of the owner (each founder who has more than 25% participation);
    • for entrepreneurs and micro-legal entities for loan amounts over 2.5 million dinars, i.e. for small and medium-sized legal entities for loan amounts over 6 million dinars, first-order mortgages on real estate to a legally-formally acceptable bank and/or a pledge on equipment/vehicles and/or if it is acceptable to the bank.

Additional conditions for both types of loans:

  1. excluded prohibition of the distribution of profits of the business entity until repayment loans;
  2. business entities can repay the loan early compared to the term defined in the contract with the bank;
  3. the possibility of imposing additional conditions, by the bank, on clients who apply for this program in relation to the conditions that already apply to clients who use other loans of the same bank (e.g. conditioning the size of turnover through the bank, etc.) is excluded.

The maximum amount of approved non-refundable aid does not can be greater than 15,000,000.00 dinars, nor less than 700,000.00 dinars for loans for the purchase of new production equipment.

The public call is open until the available funds are used up, and no later than April 30, 2026.

Applications for the allocation of grants must be submitted at the same time as the request for a loan in a branch/branch of the bank and that by submitting the completed O1 Form - Request for award grants, together with accompanying documentation.

The Bank will only accept requests from business entities that meet all the conditions of the Program and have submitted the necessary documentation.

Business entities can submit a maximum of one request for each type of loan under this Program.
