Program to encourage the development of entrepreneurship through financial support for female entrepreneurship in 2025

The Ministry of Economy, in cooperation with the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia, is continuing with the program of support for women's entrepreneurship this year.Aware that women contribute significantly to the development of our economy and community with their ideas, energy and creativity, we want to encourage and support them on the path to entrepreneurial success.The program to encourage the development of entrepreneurship through financial support for female entrepreneurship in 2025 (hereinafter: the Program) is implemented with the aim of giving women entrepreneurs access to financial resources, but also to additional advisory and technical support in order to turn their ideas into stable and sustainable business ventures.Basic information about the ProgramTo implement the Program, a total of 70,000,000.00 dinars of grants have been allocated. The remaining amount of investment by business companies and entrepreneurs will be financed from the user's own resources or from the Fund's loan.The right to apply has:entrepreneurs, micro and small business companies registered in the Agency for Business Registers (APR),on the condition that the founder, legal representative, other representative or manager is a woman. If the company has several founders, the share of women in ownership must be at least 50%.Types of supportEconomic entities that meet the conditions can exercise the right to:grants up to 50% of the investment value, and a maximum of 1,500,000.00 RSD;financing the rest from the Fund's own funds or loans with a repayment term of up to 5 years, with a grace period of up to one year and an interest rate in accordance with the Fund's Program (from 1.5% per year with a bank guarantee or 2.5% with other collateral and a currency clause). id="">3,000,000.00 RSD.What can be financedThrough the program financing is enabled:purchases of machines, equipment, tools, new computer equipment, software licenses, vehicles (including electric mopeds) that serve to perform activities, transport equipment, raw materials and products and other means of transport included in the production process and the provision of services (new or used, not older than five years);current maintenance and/or adaptation of business or production space up to RSD 1,500,000.00;operating costs (up to 25% of the total investment).Support through training and counselingWomen applying for funds can contact accredited regional development agencies.
