The Ministry of Economy has issued a public call to local governments to apply for projects that will be supported in the next two years through the Building Together Support Program for the Improvement of Local and Regional Infrastructure.
With this program, the Ministry plans to co-finance the construction and renovation of roads, schools, kindergartens, health and social care facilities, and facilities of cultural and historical significance in cities and municipalities throughout Serbia. The Ministry will co-finance projects in the amount of 50 percent of the project's value from the European Investment Bank loan, while the cities and municipalities are obliged to finance the remaining value of the project. Interested local governments can find more information about the program, conditions of the public call, criteria and necessary documentation on the website of the Ministry of Economy, and the deadline for submitting applications is February 17, 2017.
