Entrepreneurship is the driver of a healthy economy, which was recognized by the student organization AIESEC and decided to support domestic entrepreneurs by bringing in foreign practitioners who would accelerate their business development. The goal of the program is to give startups a chance to design an innovative and unusual performance on the market. The Global Entrepreneur program contributes to the development of culture within the company itself and brings an international perspective into daily work.Through the Global Entrepreneur program, two foreign students come to the company, who for a period of 6-8 weeks work on designing and implementing various marketing activities. These activities can be aimed at promoting the company's products or services, positioning the company itself as a desirable place to work or researching a foreign market where the company would like to expand. to such young people, because they have a lot of ideas that can easily be realized." - Miloš Vukašinović, Panon - KolyOver 15 companies and 30 foreign students passed through this program last year.
