RAREI representative visiting Japan

Representative of the Regional Agency for Development and European Integration, Belgrade, from 06.-20. In June 2015, he stayed in Japan.

This study visit took place within the framework of the program "Establishment and promotion of mentoring services for SMEs in the countries of the Western Balkans - Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro", and was organized by JICA - Japan International Cooperation Agency. The theme of this year's visit was Production Management, and the participants had the opportunity to visit 10 SMEs that successfully implement 5S and Kaizen models of production management, as well as to listen to a series of lectures related to Japanese methods and tools applied in practice.:

Participants will use the acquired knowledge as part of the Mentoring program for 100 SMEs in RS, which is implemented every year in the organization of the National Agency for Regional Development and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Serbia, and on the territory of the entire Republic.
