Call for proposals for projects of public interest in the areas of the youth sector in Belgrade, which will be co-financed and implemented from January 1 to February 28, 2017.

CITY ADMINISTRATION OF THE CITY OF BELGRADE, Secretariat for Sport and Youth, Belgrade, Kraljice Marije no. 1, issues a CALL for proposals for projects of public interest in the areas of the youth sector in the city of Belgrade that will be co-financed and implemented in the period from January 1 to February 28, 2017

The subject of this competition is projects of public interest in the areas of the youth sector that will be implemented during the period from January 1 to February 28, 2017, and which are free for students in the final grade of elementary schools and students of all grades of secondary schools in Belgrade.

Project proposals that are the subject of this public call are:
- Projects related to work with talented young people
- Projects related to work with young people from marginalized groups and dysfunctional families
- Science projects
- Culture projects
- Arts projects
- Projects of training in traditional skills of old trades

Mandatory conditions:
- that all nominated projects are free for users.
- that the project be implemented (direct work with users) during January and February 2017, for a duration of at least 16 hours (1 hour=60 minutes) during each of those two months, i.e. a total of at least 32 hours during the mentioned period.
- that the project holder is based in the territory of the city of Belgrade;
- possession of a reference list for project proponents who submit projects for the first time (experience in project implementation, recommendations of experts);
- that at least 10% of the total costs of the project are secured from own funds or some other source;
- that a dinar sub-account is open and active in the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia and that it is not blocked;

The invitation is addressed to:
- Youth associations, youth associations and their alliances, institutions, scientific research institutes and other legal entities

Required documentation (instructions that contains the prescribed conditions that the proposer must fulfill for organizing the project and the application form that is an integral part of the project proposal) can be downloaded from the official website of the City of Belgrade: www.beograd.rs
