Regional Agency for Development and European Integration Belgrade has started the implementation of trainings for employees in the City Administration for writing and preparing projects. The training lasts three days, from 18.10. until 20.10.2017. and is held in the City Assembly, Trg Nikole Pašića 6, small hall.
The training is implemented within the project "Management of human resources in local self-government", which is financed by the European Union and the Council of Europe, and implemented by the Council of Europe in cooperation with the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government and the Standing Conference of Cities and Municipalities.
Regional Agency for Development and European Integration Belgrade was engaged to conduct three three-day trainings in the field of project preparation and implementation for 75 employees in City Administration and City Municipalities.
The main goal of the project is to establish an efficient institutional and organizational framework for the professional development of employees, because only a professionally oriented local public administration has enough knowledge and skills to respond to the challenges and tasks in the process of accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union.
