The fifth issue of the newsletter - IPARD in the palm of your hand

The IPARD Management Body is pleased to inform you that the new, fifth issue of the newsletter - IPARD in the palm of your hand - has been released.

In order to prepare the IPARD III program as efficiently as possible, the Permanent Working Group for Rural Development of the Southeast European Region (SWG/RRD) has in the past period organized three video conferences with representatives of the European Commission and representatives of the Operational Structures of the beneficiary countries of IPARD funds. The topics discussed by the heads of the Governing Bodies and the directors of the IPARD agencies related, first of all, to the proposed changes to the existing Sectoral Agreement in response to the crisis caused by COVID 19, then to the Programming Guide of the IPARD III program, as well as to the proposals for part of the future measures within the program period 2021-2027. 13 measures. New in relation to the IPARD II program are Measure 12 - Financial instruments and Measure 13 - Innovations and knowledge transfer. Other measures refer to: Investments in the physical assets of agricultural holdings - Measure 1, Support for the establishment of producer groups - Measure 2, Investments in physical assets related to the processing and marketing of agricultural and fishery products - Measure 3, Agro-ecological and climate measures and organic production measures - Measure 4, Implementation of local rural development strategies, LEADER approach - Measure 5, Investments in rural public infrastructure - Measure 6, Diversification of agricultural holdings and business development - Measure 7, Improvement of training - Measure 8, Technical assistance - Measure 9, Advisory services - Measure 10 and Uplifting and protection of forests - Measure 11.
