
The "All Mentor Meeting" was held in Belgrade on June 11, 2026.[[/nt]] – a meeting of all mentors involved in the implementation of the project "Empowering and Further Establishing Mentoring Services for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Western Balkan Countries."
The gathering brought together mentors, trainers, and representatives of institutions involved in the development and implementation of standardized mentoring services for small and medium-sized enterprises. At the outset, participants were addressed by Ana Žegarac, Project Manager at the Development Agency of Serbia, and [[nt]]Yoshie Kobayashi, Project Formulation Advisor[[/nt]] from the [[nt]]JICA[[/nt]] Balkan office.
During the meeting, procedures for implementing standardized mentoring services were presented, along with planned activities within the Support Program for Manufacturing Industry Sectors. Special attention was given to the recertification process for mentors certified before 2025, as well as activities to be carried out within the RAS–JICA project for the 2026–2029 period.
As part of the professional segment of the program, tools for implementing standardized mentoring services for startups and mature businesses were presented. Ljiljana Marković, Dragana Belenzada, Nataša Jovanović, and Milica Čukarić, mentors and trainers with extensive experience in providing business support services, shared their experiences and examples of good practice.
The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss challenges in working with businesses, and improve the methodology for providing mentoring services, with the aim of further strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Serbia and the Western Balkan region.
