Published public tenders for programs and projects of public interest in the areas of the youth sector

The Ministry of Youth and Sports announced a public call for programs and projects of public interest in the field of the youth sector, in 4 components:

1. Public call for support to local self-government units in the implementation of youth policy at the local level;
2. Public call for stimulating various forms of employment, self-employment and youth entrepreneurship;
3. Public call for financing and co-financing of programs and projects for implementation of the goals of the National Strategy for Youth and the program "Youth are the law";
4. Public competition for the development and implementation of youth policy

The right to participate in competition 1) is held by local self-government units that have an established youth office, in accordance with Article 22 of the Law on Youth.

The right to participate in competitions 2), 3) and 4) are held by youth associations, youth associations and their federations which are registered on the territory of the Republic of Serbia; which are registered in the Unified Record of Youth Associations, Youth Associations and their Federations, in accordance with the Rulebook on the Content and Method of Keeping a Unified Record of Youth Associations, Youth Associations and Their Federations ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 1/12) maintained by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Deadlines for submitting program and project proposals are 15 days from the date of announcement of the competition, i.e. until February 27, 2017.

During the duration of the competition, the Ministry will organize an "open door" for consultations regarding published public competitions with interested applicants of program or project proposals on February 20, 2017, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Those interested can apply to the e-mail konkursi.omladina@mos.gov.rs. After the application, the ministry will send applicants an email with additional details.
