Employers whose employees perform work tasks in the period from 17:00 to 05:00, and have consent that they are exempted from the Order on the prohibition and restriction of the movement of persons in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, have the obligation to issue each employee with a corresponding CERTIFICATE, announced the Ministry of Economy.
Certificates must be at unique - type form and in another form will not be taken into account during field checks. In the following, we transmit the notice of the Ministry of Economy in its entirety.
NOTICE TO BUSINESS ENTITIES
We inform business entities that they are obliged to issue a corresponding Certificate.

An employer who has up to 100 employees in a shift that lasts during the period of the curfew, issues a certificate at on a daily basis, while an employer who has more than 100 employees per shift which lasts during the period of the movement ban, a certificate is issued on a weekly basis, for each employee for whom the consent of the Ministry of the Interior has been obtained that they are exempt from the application of the said order.
We especially point out that starting from March 28, 2020, from 5:00 p.m., during the control of compliance with the Order on the ban and restriction of the movement of persons in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, the Ministry of the Interior will request for inspection the Certificate issued by the employer, which will be valid only if the person is in the database of the Ministry of the Interior and for whom consent has been obtained that they are exempt from the application of the Order on the ban and restriction of the movement of persons on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The Ministry of the Interior will also accept confirmations in electronic form (scanned confirmation on a phone, tablet, etc.)
