New registration applications for establishment

The Agency for Business Registers (APR) informs all users that on March 1, 2016, the new Rulebook on the allocation of tax identification numbers to legal entities, entrepreneurs and other entities whose registration is the responsibility of the Agency will begin to apply.

This rulebook prescribes new unique registration applications (JRPPS forms) that users are required to fill out when registering their establishment.

The aforementioned Rulebook enables the application to the Tax Administration for flat-rate taxation of entrepreneurs, i.e., an application for VAT payers, to be made with a single application for establishment.

In this way, the one-stop registration system for the establishment of business entities has fully come into being, thanks to which users do not have to submit additional documentation to the Tax Administration, but only fill out the JRPPS form.
