Progress in the implementation of the ADRISKY project

In the third period of project implementation ADRISKY work continued on Workpack 2 — WP2: Designing and Testing Solutions, with a particular focus on advancing priority areas of intervention to reduce light pollution.

Within the framework of activities 2.1-Key Areas of Interventionimprovements to defined measures based on previously conducted analyses and identified problems in pilot territories were additionally considered.

When it comes to activity 2.2 — Territorial Action Plans, RAREY Belgrade, as coordinator of this activity, ensures methodological compliance, coordination of partners and quality of document preparation at the level of the entire project. In this context, a unique methodological template has been prepared for the development Territorial Action Plans, which represents a binding framework for all partners. In parallel, the partners have started to involve relevant local and regional actors through the formation of networks based on Quadruple Helix approach, thus ensuring a participatory and multisectoral planning process.

RADEI Belgrade also works on the preparation of drafts Territorial Action Plan for the City of Belgrade, which will contain an analysis of the current situation, clearly defined objectives, priority measures and activities, measurable indicators, as well as mechanisms for implementation and monitoring of implementation. The objective is to establish a sustainable and institutionally applicable model for the management and reduction of light pollution in the territory of the city.

Project ADRISKY presented at an international conference ENLIGHT — The International Conference on Light Pollution and Dark Sky Protection, held in Novi Sad (28-30 November 2025), which further improved the visibility of project results.

Also, representatives of RAREI Belgrade participated in the meeting of the project team in Pehchevo (Northern Macedonia), where the activities so far and the next steps, as well as the results of the work were presented to the representatives of the City of Belgrade and the city municipalities.

RADEI Belgrade will host the next meeting of partners, which will be held on 30-31 March 2026 in Belgrade.
