We are pleased to invite you to join the workshop "Roman cultural heritage as a tool for exchange and cooperation" which ISTER project and the Regional Agency for Development and European Integration Belgrade are organizing on Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 10 a.m. in UK Parobrod, Belgrade.
During the workshop we will define new ideas and ways of promoting and presenting the ISTER Danube eco-cultural route and Roman cultural heritage, devise a plan for cooperation and cultural exchange with key stakeholders and stakeholders at the national and transnational level, with the aim of sustaining the route and ISTER project results in the coming years.
This is the last of the three planned workshops that are being implemented within the project. ISTER. By participating in these workshops, and thus in the activities of the project, you can significantly contribute to the development of a new cultural route and a better presentation and promotion of the Roman cultural heritage and related tourist content in your municipality/region, but also at the international level!
The international project "Connecting the Danube region with historical Roman routes - ISTER" aims to rediscover and restore the ancient network of Roman roads and settlements along the Danube region, as a key driver in the promotion of territorial development. ISTER promotes this Roman network of roads and settlements as an opportunity to strengthen the territorial competitiveness and sustainable growth of the Danube region. Twenty-seven partners from eight European countries joined together to create this new thematic eco-cultural route, and the Regional Agency for Development and European Integration (RAREI) Belgrade is one of them and as a partner is implementing the ISTER project in Serbia through the Intereg Danube Transnational Program (DTP).
