As part of the implementation of the project Establishment and promotion of mentoring services for small and medium-sized enterprises in the area of the Western Balkans, which includes the Republic of Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, the evaluation team of the Japan International Cooperation Agency - JICA conducts the final evaluation of the project, the implementation of which is coming to an end.
As part of that process, the evaluation of this year's mentoring cycle is also being carried out, which ends on 30.11.2015. year. On November 18, 2015, the evaluation team, together with mentors from RAREI, visited two users - SANI OPTIK and BIO ŠPAJZ and interviewed them about how satisfied they were with the content and quality of the service, as well as their suggestions for its further improvement.
Besides the usual goal, this evaluation has additional significance, since JICA wants to analyze the achieved effects and recognize key success factors, in order to create the next phase of the project, which means the continuation of this type of project very useful support for domestic small and medium enterprises.
