Public invitations for international fairs

The Chamber of Commerce of Serbia and the Development Agency of Serbia are organizing the appearance of Serbian businessmen at international fairs in 2023.

1. PUBLIC CALL FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE INTERNATIONAL FOOD INDUSTRY FAIR "PRODEXPO" 2023, MOSCOW, RUSSIAN FEDERATION - will be held from February 6 to 10 in 2023. At the fair "PRODEXPO" 20223, Serbian companies from the food sector will present their production programs at the national stand of Serbia, in pavilion 2, hall 3, with an area of ​​156m2. The appearance at the international fair allows exhibitors to present their products and market them to new markets, as well as to promote existing and gain new business contacts. The costs of renting the space and building the stand are borne by the organizers, while the exhibitors bear the participation costs for the exhibitor's participation in the costs of appearing at the fair within the national stand in the amount of 2,500.00 euros in the dinar equivalent at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of issuing the pro-invoice.
2. Exhibitors independently organize and bear the costs of travel, accommodation and transportation of exhibits.
3. The right to participate in companies and entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Serbia who are involved in the production of food products have a national stand at this fair.
4. The completed, signed, certified and scanned application as well as the scanned Certificate of the Tax Administration of the Ministry of Finance on the settlement of due taxes will be received until Friday, December 09, 2022 at 4 pm, and sent by e-mail to e-mail: zorana.delic@pks.rs
5. The original certificate from the Tax Administration of the Ministry of Finance on the settlement of due taxes and contributions, together with the completed, signed and certified application, must be sent by mail to the address: Serbian Chamber of Commerce, ul. Resavska 13-15, 11000 Belgrade, with indication: Center for organizing fairs, manifestations and events, for Jovanka Ćalina - Application for the PRODEXPO 2023 fair. 6. PUBLIC CALL FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE INTERNATIONAL FOOD INDUSTRY FAIR "GULFOOD" 2023, DUBAI, UAE - is held in period from February 20 to 24, 2023. At the fair "GULFOOD" 2023, Serbian companies from the food sector will present their production programs in one of the main halls of the Trade Center Arena & Sheikh Saeed Halls, at the national stand of Serbia. Performance at an international fair allows exhibitors to present their products and market them to new markets, as well as to promote existing and acquire new business contacts.
7. The costs of renting the space and building the stand are borne by the organizers, while the exhibitors bear the participation costs for the exhibitor's participation in the costs of appearing at the fair within the national stand in the amount of 2,500.00 euros in the dinar equivalent at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of issuing the pro-invoice.
8. Exhibitors independently organize and bear the costs of travel, accommodation and transportation exhibits.
9. The right to participate in this fair as part of the national stand is for companies and entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Serbia who are involved in the production of food products.
10. The completed, signed, certified and scanned application as well as the scanned Certificate of the Tax Administration of the Ministry of Finance on the settlement of due taxes will be received until Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 4 pm, and sent electronically by mail to e-mail: zorana.delic@pks.rs
11. The original certificate from the Tax Administration of the Ministry of Finance on the settlement of due taxes and contributions, together with the completed, signed and certified application, must be sent by mail to the address: Privredna komorra Srbije, ul. 12. PUBLIC CALL FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATED ELECTRONICS FAIR "EMBEDDED WORLD" 2023, NUREMBERG, SR GERMANY - is held in period from March 14 to 16, 2023.
13. The costs of renting the space and building the stand are borne by the organizers, while the exhibitors bear the participation costs for the exhibitor's participation in the costs of appearing at the fair within the national stand in the amount of 2,500.00 euros in the dinar equivalent at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of issuing the pro-invoice.
14. Exhibitors independently organize and bear the costs of travel, accommodation and transportation exhibits.
15. The right to participate in this fair as part of the national stand is for companies and entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Serbia whose main activity is production or processing from the activity of which the fair is based.
16. A completed, signed, certified and scanned application as well as a scanned Certificate of the Tax Administration of the Ministry of Finance on the settlement of due taxes will be received by until Wednesday, December 14, 2022, and are sent by e-mail to e-mail: bojana.lalovic@pks.rs
17.
