The Ministry of Economy invites the professional public, organizations, as well as other interested parties to public consultations for the Proposal of the Law on the management of companies owned by the Republic of Serbia.
Inspection of the proposed Law can be made on the website of the Ministry of Economy www.privreda.gov.rs
Comments and suggestions regarding with the Proposal for a Law on the Management of Business Companies Owned by the Republic of Serbia shall be submitted in writing and delivered to the address: Ministry of Economy, Kneza Miloša 20, 11000 Belgrade, with the indication "For public consultations on the Proposal for the Law on Management of Business Companies Owned by the Republic of Serbia" or by e-mail to the e-mail address: psrs@privreda.gov.rs in the period from June 19 and ending with On July 10, 2023 at 10 a.m.
On July 17, 2023, Public consultations and presentation of the Bill will be held, as well as answers to all received questions and suggestions of interested parties regarding the Bill.
The exact time of the Public Consultation will be published in a timely manner on the website of the Ministry of Economy www.privreda.gov.rs and in the media.
