The Ministry of Economy issued a public invitation to commercial banks to participate in the implementation of the Development Chance-line Program for the manufacturing industry in 2024.
Through this Program, the Ministry of Economy awards grants to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurs and cooperatives for the purchase of equipment, real estate and plants and equipment for the improvement of energy efficiency and ecological aspects of production. Business entities can exercise the right to grant grants in the amount of up to 50% of the net value of the investment investment. The minimum own funds of the company that submits the request amount to 5% of the total net value of the investment investment, while the rest will be secured from a loan from a commercial bank.
The decree establishing the Program stipulates that one bank can participate in the implementation of the Program. If several banks accept the stated conditions, the bank with the largest number of branches, branches and independent counters, i.e. all forms of organizational units that work with customers, will be accepted.
The total funds for the implementation of this program, which are provided from the budget of the Republic of Serbia, amount to 600,000,000.00 dinars.
The public call is open until July 19, 2024.
