
A public call for the implementation of a free mentoring service implemented within the Program of a standardized set of services for micro, small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs in 2021 of the Ministry of Economy, which is implemented through the Development Agency of Serbia and accredited regional development agencies.Mentoring is a free service that provides comprehensive support to users through an individual approach. The mentoring process takes place according to the methodology of the Development Agency of Serbia (RAS), developed in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Mentoring helps the owner or director of the company to recognize the key point of the potential of their business, and with the help of mentoring, the user develops and implements an action plan aimed at improving business results.The mentors have professional experience in working with small and medium-sized enterprises, they come from 17 accredited regional development agencies and are certified by the Development Agency of Serbia, and in cooperation with the Japan Agency for International Cooperation.Until now, the mentoring service in Serbia has been used by 2,500 users. According to the data, a cumulative increase in business profit by 15% compared to the previous year was recorded in those economic entities. The public call is open until July 16, 2021.The following have the right to participate in the public call:1. Micro, small and medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs who meet the following conditions:registered on the territory of the Republic of Serbia;have settled obligations based on taxes and contributions; do not perform activities within the military industry and do not organize games of chance/lottery.2. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION Documentation which must be submitted when applying to Public call:For newly established economic subjects -not older than 3 years from the date of publication of the Public Call: 1. Form 1 - Completed application; 2. Confirmation from the competent Tax Administration that the Applicant has settled all public revenues (taxes and contributions) in the previous year, which must not be issued before the date of publication of the public call, or proof that the Applicant has submitted a Request for the issuance of a Certificate;3. Balance sheet and income statement of the applicant for the year 2020 - Copy of the Certificate of Public Publication of the regular annual financial report and documentation for the year 2020 issued by the APR. If the Applicant did not receive the Certificate of Public Publication of the regular annual financial report and documentation for the year 2020, submit copies of the balance sheet and the income statement for the year 2020, along with a written statement from the Applicant's legal representative on the authenticity and identity of the copy submitted to the APR for final processing (Form 2);Note 1: Flat-rate taxed users submit a Certificate from the competent Tax Administration that the Applicant has settled all public revenues (taxes and contributions) in the previous year, which must not be issued before the date of publication of the public call, or proof that the Applicant has submitted a Request for the issuance of the Certificate.Note 2: Documentation under point 1.2. and 1.3. business entities registered in 2021 are not required to submit. For business entities that were registered before May 2018:2.1. Form 1 - Completed application;2.2. If the Applicant has not received the Certificate of Public Publication of the regular annual financial report and documentation for 2020, submit the balance sheet and income statement for 2020, for which an authorized person from the cooperative must provide a written statement that each of the documents is authentic and identical to the copy submitted to APR for final processing.
