PUBLIC CALL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A FREE STANDARDIZED MENTORING SERVICE

A public call for the implementation of a standardized mentoring service is published in accordance with the Program of the Ministry of Economy - Program of support for regional development and entrepreneurship development, which is implemented through a standardized set of services implemented by accredited regional development agencies in 2025, which is implemented through the Development Agency of Serbia and accredited regional development agencies (ARRA).The mentoring service is intended for small, micro and medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs and cooperatives, with the aim of providing support unimpeded development and reduction of the number of unsuccessful economic entities and cooperatives, through the provision of comprehensive and timely support to users.Mentoring users can be newly founded and existing micro, small and medium-sized economic companies, entrepreneurs and cooperatives.Depending on the needs and type of users, and in accordance with the standardized RAS and JICA methodology, during the implementation of the Program, the mentor can realize up to 25 and up to 50 hours of free standardized mentoring services.Interested candidates submit applications in three categories:Newly established business entities;Existing business entities;Cooperatives.CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATIONThe right to participate in the public call for services they have mentoring:1. Newly established business entities, registered after 31.08.2022, who meet the following conditions:registration to APR;have settled obligations based on taxes and contributions;do not carry out trade, military industry and do not organize games of chance/lottery.2. Existing business entities registered before September 2022 that meet the following conditions:registered in APR;have settled obligations based on taxes and contributions;do not engage in trade, military industry and do not organize games of chance/lottery.3. Cooperatives that meet the following conditions:that the activity of the cooperative is production, processing and craft services;have settled obligations based on taxes and contributions;do not perform activities within agriculture, trade, military industry and do not organize games of chance/lottery.REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION1.
