The Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth has published a Public Call for financing innovative technologies for new markets. Special emphasis is placed on products, systems, processes and services that do not have a harmful impact on the environment, and which offer clear advantages compared to competing solutions.
The call consists of two components.
"Planning Grants" are awarded to entrepreneurs to help research new markets and the impact of their technologies on the environment, with the aim of exporting those technologies to third markets. The application is submitted in one stage. The application deadline is February 28, 2017.
"Demonstration Projects" help local actors to get funding that will help them import technologies whose new solutions have an impact on the local environment. The application is submitted in two stages. The deadline for the first phase is February 10, and for the full application is February 28, 2017.
