PUBLIC CALL for grant applications under the "WOMEN WHO DRIVE SERBIA" PROGRAM – FINANCIAL SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF WOMEN'S ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE MANUFACTURING SECTOR IN 2026

The "Women Driving Serbia Forward" program – a financial support program for the development of women's entrepreneurship in the manufacturing sector in 2026 (hereinafter: the Program) is implemented by the Ministry of Economy (hereinafter: the Ministry) in cooperation with the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter: the Fund).

The total available grant funds for the implementation of this program amount to 100,000,000.00 RSD. The remaining amount of the investment by companies, entrepreneurs, and cooperatives will be financed from the user's own funds or from a Fund loan.

The right to apply to the Public Call for grant allocation and the right to submit a loan application to the Fund are open to female entrepreneurs, micro and small enterprises, and cooperatives registered with the Business Registers Agency (hereinafter: APR), whose founder, legal representative, and other authorized representative is a woman. In a company with multiple founders, the minimum stake that must be owned by one or more women is 50%.

Business entities that meet the Program requirements may qualify for financial support in the form of grants covering up to 50% of the investment value, up to a maximum of 1,500,000.00 RSD. The remaining investment amount will be financed from the user's own funds or from a Fund loan with a repayment period of up to 5 years, including a grace period of up to one year, at an annual interest rate of 2.5%, subject to other security instruments and the application of a currency clause.

The total amount of approved funds (grant + loan) per application cannot be less than 400,000.00 RSD or more than 3,000,000.00 RSD.

Investments eligible for financing under this Program include:

purchase of machinery/equipment/tools, new computer equipment, software licenses, as well as machinery and equipment for improving energy efficiency and environmental aspects of own production, delivery vehicles (including electric mopeds) used for business operations and the transport of work equipment, own products, raw materials, and other transport vehicles involved in the production process (new or used, not older than five years);
routine maintenance and/or adaptation of business and/or production premises up to an amount of 1,500,000.00 RSD;
operating costs, which may account for a maximum of 30% of the total investment structure for which Program funds are requested.

Founders of business entities applying for Program funds may contact accredited regional development agencies to undergo free business startup training and receive advisory and technical assistance regarding the Program application process provided by these agencies.

A precisely and accurately completed Unified Loan and Grant Application / Grant Application (in cases where the user utilizes their own funds instead of a loan), along with supporting documentation in accordance with the Program, may be submitted via the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia portal located on the Fund's website.

The public call is open until the available funds are exhausted, and no later than September 4, 2026.
