Number of grants available is 150,000,000.00 dinars.

- micro and small legal entities and cooperatives registered in the APR no later than 31 December 2023;
- entrepreneurs registered no later than December 31, 2023;
- start-up entrepreneurs, micro and small business companies, which were registered in the APR no earlier than January 1, 2024 and onwards.

- the wine producers entered the wine register,
- beer producers are listed in the register of beer producers,
The funds are intended for co-financing:
- new production equipment and machinery,
- delivery vehicles,
- spare parts and specialized tools,
- equipment for energy efficiency and improvement of environmental standards,

Grants may amount to:
- up to 50% of the value of the investment,
- up to 55% in local self-government units of the third and fourth development groups,
