Through investments in modernization and technological improvement of the production of wine, beer and strong alcoholic beverages from 100% domestic raw materials, conditions are created for strengthening competitiveness, increasing added value and stronger positioning of domestic products on the market.
Total available grants amount to 150,000,000.00 dinars.
The funds are intended for economic entities operating in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, with a clear development intention to further strengthen production capacities in areas outside the largest urban centers, as well as to ensure more even regional development. In this context, the Program is aimed at entities based outside the city municipalities of the territory of the City of Belgrade and the territory of the City of Novi Sad.
The right to participate shall be:
- micro and small legal entities and cooperatives registered in the APR no later than December 31, 2023;
- entrepreneurs registered no later than December 31, 2023;
The condition is that:
- wine producers are entered in the wine register,
- beer producers are entered in the register of beer producers,
- manufacturers of strong alcoholic beverages are entered in the appropriate register in accordance with the law.
The funds are intended for co-financing:
- new production equipment and machinery,
- delivery vehicles,
- parts and specialized tools,
- equipment for energy efficiency and improvement of environmental standards,
- operating costs (up to 20% of the total investment).
Grants may amount to:
- up to 50% of the value of the investment,
- up to 55% in local self-government units of the third and fourth development groups,
- up to 60% for entities whose founder is a woman, young people under 35, or who generate more than 30% of income on the foreign market.
The minimum grant amount is RSD 500,000.00 and the highest is RSD 10,000,000.00.
The remaining part of the investment is financed from the Fund's own funds or loans, subject to the following conditions:
- loan amount up to 10,000,000.00 RSD,
- repayment term up to 60 months,
- grace period 12 months,
- an interest rate of 2.5% with a currency clause,
- commission 0.3%,
- means of security in accordance with the program.
The public call is open until the funds are spent, and no later than April 30, 2026.
