PUBLIC CALL FOR ALLOCATION OF GRANT FUNDS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAM FOR BUSINESS INTERNATIONALIZATION IN 2025

The goal of the Program is to help companies that already achieve a certain level of export or have concrete plans to increase it, in order to improve competitiveness and implement new development projects.

For the implementation of the Program, 400,000,000.00 dinars in grants have been allocated.

Entrepreneurs, micro, small and medium-sized companies and cooperatives, registered in APR no later than December 31, 2021, who have official financial statements for the last two years in which no net loss has been reported. In addition, users must have at least 10 employees in 2024, as well as have recorded a stable growth in income from regular activities and the number of employees in the period from 2021 to 2024.

Users must also fulfill a special condition related to exports, namely:

• that in 2024 they generated income from exports. greater than 5,800,000.00 dinars, or
• have export contracts concluded in 2025 in the value of more than 5,800,000.00 dinars, of which at least 3,000,000.00 dinars have been realized by the time of application.

Entrepreneurs, micro, small and medium-sized legal entities can submit a request for grants greater than 6,000,000.00 dinars if they have at least:

• 35 employees (micro, small and entrepreneurs), or
• 50 employees (medium-sized legal entities),
  as of October 31, 2025.

If a request is submitted for a project within an activity that has not been registered as the user's primary activity until now, the maximum amount of grant funds can be 2,500,000.00 dinars.

The funds determined by the Program can be used for:

• construction, extension, reconstruction, adaptation, rehabilitation or investment maintenance of production space or storage space own products, raw materials and raw materials;
• purchase of new machines and equipment, including tools;
• permanent working capital, in the participation of up to 20% of the total investment investment;
• equipment to improve energy efficiency and ecological standards in production.

Economic entities that meet the conditions can obtain grants in the amount of up to 30% the value of the investment investment. The remaining amount is financed from the user's own funds. If the user is granted a smaller amount than requested or the value of the investment is greater than 33,333,333.00 dinars, the difference is provided from own funds.

The amount of the grant must be:

• at least 1,000,000.00 dinars,
• at most 10,000,000.00 dinars.

A request for the allocation of grants is submitted to the Fund, along with the submission of a completed unified application form and complete supporting documentation proving the fulfillment of the conditions from the Program.

The public call is open until the available funds are used up, and no later than 1. June 2026.
