The program to encourage the development of entrepreneurship through development projects (hereinafter: the Program) is implemented by the Ministry of Economy (hereinafter: the Ministry) in cooperation with the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter: the Fund). The total available grants for the implementation of this program are 600,000,000.00 dinars. The designated funds of the Fund for lending to economic entities under this Program are 2,400,000,000.00 dinars.
Economic entities that meet the conditions of the Program can exercise the right to financial support in the amount of 20% of grants from the value of the investment investment. The remaining amount of the value of the project will be financed from the loan of the Development Fund.
Entrepreneurs, micro, small and medium businesses and cooperatives who are registered with the Agency for Economic Registers and who submit financial reports for the previous two years from the year in which the request is submitted, in which no net loss is shown and who meet the requirements of the Program, have the right to apply for the Public Call for the allocation of grants and the right to submit an application for a loan to the Fund. The condition related to the submission of financial reports does not apply to entrepreneurs who do not have the obligation to submit those reports (entrepreneurs who keep simple bookkeeping and lump sums).
The funds determined by the Program are intended for:
- construction/addition/reconstruction/adaptation/rehabilitation/purchase of production space or business space (only if it is part of the production space),
- purchase of production space equipment (new or used, not older than five years), including delivery vehicles used to transport own products and other means of transport included in the production process
- procurement of software and other intangible investments
- permanent working capital, which can participate up to 20% in the structure of the total investment.
The amount of the total investment for entrepreneurs cannot be less than 375,000.00 dinars or more from 8,750,000.00 dinars, while for legal entities it cannot be less than 2,500,000.00 dinars nor more than 50,000,000.00 dinars.
Fund loans under this Program will be approved in accordance with the Fund's program and this Program. The repayment term is up to 10 years, with a grace period of up to one year for legal entities and up to 7 years, with a grace period of up to one year for entrepreneurs.
The interest rate, with the application of the currency clause, amounts to 1.5% per year with a bank guarantee and 3% per year with other means of security.
How to apply and the deadline for submitting the application
Precisely and correctly filled out Unified application for loans and applications for grants and accompanying documentation, in accordance with the Program, are submitted to the Development Fund.
The addresses of the Development Fund are: Bulevar Nemanjića 14a, Niš and Knez Mihailova 14, Belgrade.
The public call is open until the available funds are used up.
