
The goal of the Program is to support investments and encourage faster economic development.
The funds determined by the Program are intended for co-financing the acquisition of new production equipment and equipment directly involved in the process of production of tradable goods and the execution of construction works, namely:

The program is implemented by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Development Agency of Serbia and selected commercial banks and leasing companies:
The following are entitled to apply for the grant award competition:
1) legal entities, registered in APR as business companies, or cooperatives, which are classified as micro, small and medium legal entities in accordance with the Law on Accounting ("Official Gazette of RS", number 73/19) according to the financial reports for 2019;
2) entrepreneurs registered in APR.
Economic entities that meet the conditions of the Program and to which banks, i.e. leasing companies involved in the implementation of the Program, conditionally approve a loan, i.e. financing, can exercise the right to co-financing up to 25% of the net value of the equipment being purchased. The participation of business entities amounts to 5% of the total value of the equipment, while the rest is secured from loans from commercial banks or financial leasing from leasing companies involved in the implementation of this Program. The amount of grants that can be awarded to a business entity is determined in relation to the number of permanent employees as of December 31, 2020, according to the records of the Central Register of Mandatory Social Insurance: 1 employee - up to 1.0 million RSD, 2-5 employees - up to 2.5 million RSD, 6 and more employees - up to 5.0 million RSD.
Total funds available for the implementation of the Program amount to 1,550,000,000.00 dinars. The public call is open until the available funds are used up, and no later than December 31, 2021.
Applications for the allocation of grants, together with other documentation and requests for credit or financial leasing, are submitted or delivered electronically in one of the branches/branches of commercial banks and leasing companies that participate in the implementation of this program.
