The program of financial support for the marketing of honey and other bee products in 2025 is implemented by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia.
The total available grant funds for the implementation of this program are 50,000,000.00 dinars.
The funds determined by the Program are intended for financial support to companies and entrepreneurs, who, before the publication of the public call, are registered in the Agency for Business Registers and have registered in the Register of Approved Facilities at the Veterinary Administration, a facility intended for the filling and packaging of honey and other bee products in which honey and other bee products are made. regardless of origin, they are filled and packaged or are filled and packaged serviceably, and are intended for distribution.
Exceptionally, companies and entrepreneurs who are registered in the Agency for Business Registers before the publication of the public call and whose founders have a facility for the primary production of honey and other bee products in which honey and other bee products originating from their own apiary are collected, bottled, filled, packaged, stored and put on the market, can apply for funds. In that case, the condition is that immediately after acquiring the equipment, and no later than 31.12.2025. year, this business entity or entrepreneur makes an entry, in the Register of approved facilities at the Veterinary Administration, of a facility intended for filling and packaging honey and other bee products, in which honey and other bee products, regardless of origin, are filled and packaged or are filled and packaged serviceably, and are intended for marketing.
Business entities that meet the conditions of the Program can exercise the right to financial support in the form of grants in the amount of up to 50% of the investment value. The remaining amount for the purchase of equipment for companies and entrepreneurs will be financed from own funds.
The total amount of approved funds per request can be a maximum of 3,000,000.00 dinars.
Investments that can be financed within the framework of this Program include:
- the purchase of machines and equipment for the finalization and packaging of honey and other bee products (honey filling and packaging lines, fillers for jars and bottles, labelers, vacuum packers, equipment for packing bags and small doses...)
- procurement of equipment for storage and preservation of honey and other bee products (INOX - prochrome honey tanks, containers for storing pollen, propolis, wax, cameras for controlled temperature storage...)
- procurement of delivery vehicles for transporting raw materials and own finished products, as well as other means of transport that are used in operation.
A request for the allocation of grants is submitted to the Development Fund by submitting a completed application form, as well as accompanying documentation that proves the fulfillment of the conditions from this program, electronically.
The public call is open until funds are used up, and no later than June 30, 2025. year.
