Public call for grants under the program to encourage the development of entrepreneurship through financial support for business beginners and young people in 2023

The program to encourage the development of entrepreneurship through financial support for business beginners and young people in 2023 (hereinafter: the Program) is implemented Ministry of Economy (hereinafter: the Ministry) in cooperation with the Fund for the Development of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter: the Fund).Total grants available for the implementation of this program are 300,000,000.00 dinars. The remaining amount of investment by business entities will be financed from the Fund's loans. Entrepreneurs, micro and small business companies, who have been registered in the Agency for Business Registers for the earliest two years in relation to the year of submission of the request, i.e. in 2021, 2022 or 2023, as well as entrepreneurs, micro and small business companies, have the right to apply for the Public Call. to the Agency for Business Registers at the earliest five years in relation to the year of submission of the request, i.e. in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 or 2023, and whose founder and legal representative is a natural person under the age of 35. Business entities that meet the conditions of the Program can exercise the right to financial support in the form of grants in the amount of up to 30% of the investment value, i.e. up to 40% of the investment value for economic entities that belong to local self-government units that are classified into the third or fourth development group in accordance with Article 12 of the Law on Regional Development and the act of the Government establishing a unique list of the development of regions and local self-government units, while business entities that have been registered in the APR for at least five years from the year of submission of the application, whose founder and legal representative is a natural person up to the age of 35, and who meet the conditions of the Program, can exercise the right to financial support in the form of grants in the amount of up to 35% of the investment value, i.e. up to 45% of the investment value for economic entities belonging to local self-government units that are classified in the third or fourth development group in accordance with Article 12 of the Law on Regional Development ("Official Gazette of the RS", no. 51/09, 30/10 and 89/15-dr. law) and the act of the Government establishing a unique list of development of regions and local self-government units. The remaining amount of the investment will be financed from the Fund's loan with a repayment period of up to 5 years, within which there is a grace period of up to one year, and an interest rate of 1.5% per year with a bank guarantee or 2.5%, with other means of security and with the application of the currency clause. for all economic subjects. Investments that can be financed within this Program include:- purchase of equipment/tools/delivery vehicles (including electric powered mopeds) that serve to transport own products, raw materials and raw materials and other means of transport included in the production process or the provision of services (new or used, not older than five years);- ongoing maintenance of business and/or production facilities space up to the amount of 1,000,000.00 dinars; - operational costs, which can participate up to 20% in the structure of the total investment, for which the funds of the Program are requested. Founders of economic entities, who apply for funds under the Program, can contact accredited regional development agencies in order to undergo free training for starting a business and to be provided with advisory and technical assistance in connection with applying for the Program, provided by the said agencies under the Program of Standardized Set of Services for MESP.Precisely and correctly filled in.
