The total available grants for the implementation of this program are 50,000,000.00 dinars. The remaining amount of the investment investment of economic entities will be financed from their own funds or from loans from the Fund.
Entrepreneurs, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and cooperatives registered with the Agency for Business Registers have the right to apply for the Public Call.
Economic entities-beneficiaries who meet the conditions of the Program may exercise the right to financial support in the form of grants in the amount of up to 50% of the value of the investment, and not more than RSD 3,000,000.00. The remaining amount of the investment will be financed from the beneficiary's own funds or loans of the Fund with a repayment term of up to 5 years, within which the grace period is up to one year, and an interest rate of 2.5% per annum, with appropriate collateral and with the application of the currency clause.
The total amount of approved funds (grant+credit) per one request may not be less than 400,000.00 dinars, nor more than 6,000,000.00 dinars, for all business entities.
Investments that may be financed under this Programme shall include:
1) the acquisition of new or used equipment, machines and specialized tools for machines, vehicles, not older than five years, as well as the acquisition of new computer equipment and software licenses, which are in the function of carrying out activities (hereinafter referred to as “equipment”);
2) purchase, investment and ongoing maintenance, construction, adaptation, rehabilitation, reconstruction, upgrading of production and business premises (hereinafter: works),
3) operating expenses, which can participate no more than 40% in the structure of the total investment for which the funds of the Program are requested.
The founders of economic entities, applying for funds under the Program, may contact accredited regional development agencies to undergo free training related to the application under the Program, provided by the said agencies.
Accurately and accurately completed Consolidated loan application and grant application or grant application only, if own funds are used instead of credit ones, with supporting documentation, in accordance with the Program, is submitted through the Portal of the RS Development Fund located on the Fund's website.
The public call is open until the funds are spent, and no later than 30.04.2026.
