Public call for the allocation of grants intended for the employment of women, for support for starting their own business

Economic company MOZZART DOO Belgrade, together with the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs and the Coordinating Body for Gender Equality, in accordance with the signed Protocols on Cooperation, announces a Public Call for grants intended for the self-employment of unemployed women, to support starting their own business.

The general goal is the economic empowerment of women, the promotion of gender equality, the development and promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit and encouraging entrepreneurship among unemployed women, especially in underdeveloped local self-government units on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, as well as improving efficiency and institutional support for business and the development of women entrepreneurs.

The support includes grants for financing the best business ideas, based on the submitted Request for the allocation of funds for self-employment, which describes the project proposal with a cost analysis and a one-year development plan for the project of unemployed women, for starting and running a business, awarding grants funds.

The economic company MOZZART DOO Belgrade will provide media, marketing and logistical support for selected projects in accordance with their capacities and capabilities.

Target group

Women who are unemployed and have a quality business idea for self-employment have the right to use grants.

Financial resources

Total funds available for the purposes of this Public Call, amount to 50,000 euros in to the dinar equivalent at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day the funds are disbursed.

Grants are awarded in a total amount of no more than 10,000 euros in the dinar equivalent at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day the funds are disbursed, according to the selected project, depending on each individual business idea of ​​an unemployed woman, with the aim of establishing a shop, cooperative or other form of entrepreneurship, as well as establishing a business company, if the founder establishes an employment relationship in it. Funds are allocated according to the dynamics determined by the contract concluded between the legal entity established by the applicant and the financier - Privredno drušća MOZZART DOO Belgrade, which regulates mutual rights and obligations and on the basis of which funds are paid. starting to carry out the activity.

Before the allocation of funds, the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs and the Coordinating Body for Gender Equality verify the fulfillment of the legal requirements and conditions of this public call for unemployed women.

Conditions for participation

• That the woman is unemployed;
• That she is a citizen of the Republic of Serbia;
• Yes was not legally sentenced to a prison term of at least 6 months.
• To have a clear business idea and a properly completed Request for the allocation of funds for self-employment, which is part of the documentation attached to this Public Call.

Additional criteria according to priorities for the allocation of grants to unemployed women:

• Belonging to the category of difficult to employ persons;
• To their work, income from property or other sources source of income less than the amount of social assistance established by law;

Mandatory application documentation

• Request for the allocation of funds for self-employment with basic data and a description of the business idea;
• Copy of an identity card or scanned identity card;
• Certificate of citizenship not older than six months;
• Certificate that the woman is registered in the records of persons seeking employment (issued by the National Employment Service) or a statement made before a public notary that she is unemployed;
• Certificate of non-criminality (issued by the MUP)
• Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of applying

Additional documentation for applying submitted by projects that have been shortlisted for grants

• Certificate of property status (issued by the Cadastre)

The Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, the Coordinating Body for Gender Equality and Privredno društvo MOZZART DOO Belgrade reserve the right, if necessary, to request other evidence relevant to the decision on the applicant's request.

The properly submitted requests and business ideas will be decided by a five-member Commission made up of representatives of the Ministry of Labour, employment, social and veterans issues, Coordinating Body for Gender Equality and of the MOZZART DOO Belgrade Company.

Incomplete requests will not be considered.

All personal data submitted to the MOZZART DOO Belgrade Company will be processed exclusively for the purpose of participating in the Public Call, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

How to apply and the deadline for submitting applications

Request for allocation of funds for self-employment with the specified mandatory documentation is submitted directly or by mail, on the prescribed form, to the address of Privredno društva MOZZART DOO Belgrade, Takovska 49b, Belgrade, with the note: "for the allocation of grants intended for the employment of women" or electronically to the e-mail address zenskopreduzetnistvo@mozzartbet.com

The deadline for submitting the Request for grant allocation is 30 days from the date of publication Public call.

Requests that will be granted non-refundable The funds will be publicly announced on the websites of the MOZZART DOO Belgrade Company, the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs and the Coordinating Body for Gender Equality no later than 30 days after the deadline for submitting requests for grants in this Public Call. Regularly inform Privredno društvo MOZZART DOO Belgrade about the progress of project implementation in the manner determined by Privredno društvo MOZZART DOO Belgrade.

The Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, the Coordinating Body for Gender Equality and the persons authorized by them have the right to view all documentation, unrestricted access and the possibility of monitoring the implementation of the project.

During the implementation of the project, in accordance with the established dynamics of the transfer of funds, the Ministry of work, employment, veterans and social issues, Coordinating body for gender equality and Privredno društvo MOZZART DOO Belgrade have the right to request a narrative and financial report on the purposely spent funds and the realization of the project, which the beneficiaries of the funds are obliged to submit within seven days of receiving the request. activities for less than 12 months, and a blank promissory note signed by the user of the funds serves as a means of ensuring the orderly return of the funds.
