Subsidy for the employment of unemployed persons from the category of more difficult to employ in newly opened workplaces (hereinafter referred to as the subsidy) is granted to employers belonging to the private sector, in a one-time amount, for the purpose of employing unemployed persons who are kept on the records of the National Employment Service (hereinafter referred to as the National Service).
The categories of more difficult to employ to which this subsidy applies are: surplus employees and long-term unemployed.
Before joining the program The national service checks the fulfillment of the legal and conditions of this public call for unemployed persons. The amount of the subsidy is determined by the level of development of the local
self-government unit (hereinafter: LGU) according to the person's place of work, and in accordance with the valid decree of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, and amounts to: 200,000.00 dinars per person, in the first and second group of LGUs; RSD 225,000.00 per person, in the third group of LGUs; 250,000.00 dinars per person, in the fourth group of LGUs and devastated areas.
The funds allocated on the basis of the subsidy are de minimis state aid.
The public call is open from the day of publication until the available funds are used up, and no later than 10.11.2020. year.
