Program "Get started for work" through joint cooperation ProCredit banke ad Beograd, Technical Assistance Department of the European Fund for Southeast Europe (EFSE DF) and ENECA contributes to the development of entrepreneurship among women and young people through the upgrading of knowledge, modernization of equipment, alignment with sustainability standards and ESG principles (environmental, social and management aspects) and the implementation of innovative solutions in business.
The program is open to entrepreneurs, micro and small businesses, whose founders are women and/or young people under the age of 35, and provides an opportunity to improve business through innovation, modernization and alignment with modern standards of sustainable business.
Financial and non-financial support:
The program "Get started for business" provides comprehensive support to business entities in the development and improvement of business:
• 20 selected business entities will receive help in creating business plans.
• 10 selected business entities will improve their capacities through training and mentoring.
• 5 selected business entities will receive financial support in the amount of 5,000 euros in addition to non-financial benefits.
Financial support means grants in the amount of 5,000 euros that can be used for the purchase of new equipment or certification services in order to improve business and develop new products and services. These funds are intended to increase productivity, implement innovations and expand the market.
Non-financial support within the program will include:
• Trainings and workshops on the topics of digital marketing, financial management and ESG standards.
• Development of business plans with professional support.
• Mentoring support for business improvement.
Conditions for participation in the "Start for a job" program
• Economic entity whose founder or owner is under 35 years old. The exception is women owners/founders for whom there is no age limit.
• The business entity was registered in the period from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2024.
• The business entity is privately owned and meets the financial and legal criteria stated in the public invitation.
• Preference will be given to business ideas compliant with ESG principles (environmental, social and management aspects) as well as innovative business ideas (innovative products/services, processes and technologies and/or business approach). It is unique in that, in addition to financial support in the amount of 5,000 euros for business improvement, it also provides additional support through training, mentoring and the creation of business plans.
