Public call - free mentoring services for start-ups, mature businesses and cooperatives

The public call for the implementation of a standardized mentoring service is published by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Development Agency of Serbia and in accordance with the Program of Support for Regional Development and the Development of Entrepreneurship, which is implemented through a standardized set of services implemented by accredited regional development agencies in 2024, which is implemented through the Development Agency of Serbia and accredited regional development agencies (ARRA).Mentoring is a free service that provides comprehensive support to users through individual approach. The mentoring process takes place according to the methodology of the Development Agency of Serbia (RAS), developed in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Mentoring helps the owner or director of the company to recognize the key point of the potential of their business, and with the help of mentoring, the user develops and implements an action plan aimed at improving business results.The mentors have professional experience in working with small and medium-sized enterprises, they come from 17 accredited regional development agencies and are certified by the Development Agency of Serbia, in cooperation with the Japan Agency for International Cooperation.Until now, the free mentoring service in Serbia has been used through 4,500 users.The public call is open until October 23, 2024.Interested candidates submit applications in three categories:Newly established business entities - not older than 3 years from the date of publication of the Public Call;Existing business entities - registered before September 2020;Cooperatives.Public call, Instructions and application forms are available on the website of RAS, as well as on the websites of accredited development agencies and in printed form in ARRA.For more detailed information, you can contact RAS at the email address: mentoringssu2024@ras.gov.rs.
