THE COUNCIL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF YOUTH POLICY (YOUTH OFFICE) OF THE CITY MUNICIPALITY OF STARI GRAD in partnership with the Regional Agency for Development and European Integration, Belgrade announces a PUBLIC COMPETITION for the selection of beneficiaries of the project "Center for Support of Youth Entrepreneurship"The Center for Support of Youth Entrepreneurship project aims to develop and improve conditions that encourage youth entrepreneurship and their personal and professional development at GO Stari grad.By implementing project activities, users will have the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills needed for developing business ideas, starting their own business and employment.The project activities are aligned with the general goal of the program, which is related to the development of programs and the establishment of sustainable economic services for young people, as well as the creation of conditions for informal education and information that is adapted to all categories of young people.The target group of the project is young people aged from 18-30 years old who are in the formal system education (pupils and students), as well as unemployed young people.Project activities are aligned with the goals of the National Strategy for Youth in the field of employment and entrepreneurship.Project activities will be implemented through a set of non-financial support in the form of: Four two-day and one-day trainings in the field of starting and improving business and implementation of mentoring services.Within the project, up to 15 users of training and mentoring will be selected.The target group of the project is young people aged 18 to 30, namely;young people who are in the formal education system (pupils and students) andyoung people who are currently unemployed.Applications for the Public Competition can be submitted by persons who meet the following conditions:be over 18 up to 30 years old;that they are in the formal education system (pupils or students);They are citizens of the RS;They are currently unemployed.Evaluation criteria are given in a separate document that is an integral part of the competition documentation. PROCEDURE FOR IMPLEMENTATION-SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR PROJECT USERSThe City Municipality of Stari Grad makes a decision on the formation of a Commission for the selection of project user candidates.The City Municipality of Stari Grad announces a public call for the selection of project beneficiaries on its website. The public call can also be published on the website of the Regional Agency for Development and European Integration, Belgrade, a partner in the project, as well as on the official social network profiles of both institutions.The application form is submitted via email, in person or by registered mail to the address Youth Policy Implementation Council of the City Municipality of Stari Grad, Makedonska 42, Belgrade.The commission considers the received applications, evaluates, scores and selects the applications according to the established criteria. In the event that two candidates have the same number of points, priority will be given to a candidate who resides in the territory of the City Municipality of Stari Grad.The Commission draws up a final list and makes a proposal for the selection of up to 15 candidates.The City Municipality of Stari Grad makes a decision on the selection and notifies all candidates within five (5) days from the date of the decision.Selected candidates and GO sign the Program Participation Agreement.ATTACHMENT:1.
