The subject of the public competition is the award of non-refundable financial resources in the maximum amount of up to 1,000,000.00 dinars per user for the purchase of one or more basic assets (machines and equipment), with the aim of improving the quality of the existing or introducing a new product/service into the business process, with the obligation to employ one unemployed person full-time from the records of the National Employment Service, from the territory of the city of Belgrade, for a period of at least one year.

The objectives of the award are employment of unemployed persons, affirmation and support of female entrepreneurship and gender equality, improvement of business processes through the introduction of new production, business or improvement of existing business lines,
initiation of new entrepreneurial activities, opening opportunities for modernization and expansion of production and service-oriented activities, as well as preserving existing and creating conditions for opening new jobs, strengthening the competitiveness of economic entities, stimulating the creation of new additional material value intended for the market and increasing overall economic growth and development entrepreneurship in the territory of the city of Belgrade.
The deadline for submitting applications with accompanying documentation and supplements is April 13, 2023. year, until 3:00 p.m. Applications with accompanying documentation and supplements are submitted to the clerk's office of the City Administration of the City of Belgrade.
Applications with accompanying documentation and supplements submitted by registered mail no later than April 13, 2023. until 3:00 p.m., will be considered timely.
Untimely, incomplete and applications sent by other means (e.g. by fax or email), or delivered to other addresses, will not be considered. It is not possible to complete the missing documents listed in the Public Competition after the deadline for submission of applications has expired. The application and the attached documentation are not returned to the applicant.
